Variety - The Children's Charity levels the playing field for disadvantaged Kiwi kids; Every year they help over 10,000 local children. They fund a broad range of requirements, from providing the basics of life, to much-needed medical equipment, to life-changing mobility needs, to innovative educational initiatives.

They work alongside schools and community agencies so Kiwi kids who urgently need life-changing assistance are set up to reach their full potential in life.

At the heart of Variety's fundraising efforts is the unique Variety Bash - an eccentric car rally which travels hundreds of kilometres during one week in March each year fundraising for Kiwi kids, distributing grants, entertaining children and telling the Variety story. It's a mad-cap adventure full of unique vehicles, larger-than-life characters and heart-felt philanthropy.  And yesterday they came to Parliament.

From Friday 6th to Saturday 14th of March 2015 they are holding the 25th Anniversary Bash! Starting in New Plymouth, 30 Bash teams will travel South to Wellington, then back up to finish in Auckland. It will be one of the bigger bashes covering all the towns that the Bash teams reside. For more information on the 2015 Bash including Tour Route and Accommodation
