The Re:START container mall was opened in October 2011, and originally had a lifespan of 6 to 12 months. The shops were very popular with locals and visitors alike. Generous involvement from the Crown meant that the Re:START container mall has continued until now.

I was delighted to see construction beginning on the East Frame Residential Anchor Project means there is physical work happening on all committed Crown-led projects in Central Christchurch.
